Refund & Cancellation Policy

At keretasewashahalam.com.my, we are committed to providing transparent and customer-friendly services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of car rental bookings.

1. Booking Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before rental time: Full refund will be issued (minus any processing fees, if applicable).
  • Less than 24 hours before rental: 50% partial refund will be issued.
  • On the rental day or no-show: No refund will be issued.

2. Processing Fees

All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover third-party payment gateway charges.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.

4. Cancellations by Us

If the booking is cancelled by keretasewashahalam.com.my (e.g. due to vehicle unavailability), a full refund will be issued to the customer without any charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your booking number and bank details (if required)
  3. Your request will be reviewed and processed within the specified timeline

6. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • No-show without prior notice
  • Booking cancellation after rental time has started
  • Failure to meet legal rental requirements (e.g. invalid driver’s license)
